Payment
• Pricing is in USD. I also accept payment in Euro (tell me if thats the case and I'll tell you the conversion).
• Payment via PayPal invoice ONLY
• 50% is paid before I start sketching. 50% is paid just after we agree on the sketch.Refunds
If you cancel your commission at any point, there will be no refunds.Process
• Contact me via email or private message (preferably Instagram, i dont get notifications for private messages on Twitter).• Before starting, I will need reference pictures/drawings of your character(s). I will also need some insight on their personality and on how you want me to represent them!• Work In Progress pictures will be sent regularly.• You can ask for major changes when I am still at the sketching phase. However, once the sketch is approved, no big changes will be allowed (such as, but not limited to : composition, poses...).
If I forgot to include some detail or if some colors are wrong according to the reference provided, I will gladly fix it (alert me as soon as you see a mistake!).Delivery
• Delivery depends on my schedule and on the complexity of the piece. It can take from less than a week to 1 month to complete. I will estimate the time I'll need once we've discussed on your commission.• Document will be a PNG file sent via email. If you want the .PSD/.CSP file, it will be considered as commercial use (see below).• You're not in any way allowed to claim, copy, reproduce or redistribute the finished piece. (Uploading to your own social media with credit is ok. Printing for personal use is ok.) If you want to use it in commercial ways, see below for commercial fees!• I am allowed to upload the finished piece to my social media and/or as my portfolio.Please discuss with me if you want to keep the piece to be private. (Private commissions might end up in extra charge.)Commercial fee
Personal use (for self, printing for self...) : No fee
Commercial Content (emotes, using for promotion of an event, Twitch, youtube, etc...) : Price x2
Commercial Merch (printing for reselling products, basically making money out of my design) : Price x3Commercial content is the use of the image for any direct or indirect profit. Typically, a drawing of your OCs you want to print and put on your wall or profile picture is Personal Use. But a banner for your twitch monetized account is Commercial Content.
